Hodgson worry over Dorrans

West Brom boss Roy Hodgson fears midfielder Graham Dorrans' ankle injury could be worse than first thought. The Scotland international picked up the problem in training 11 days ago and had been pencilled in for a return to action against Liverpool on April 2. Hodgson is still hoping that will be possible but is concerned the injury is not healing as fast as expected. "It's far too early to say how bad Dorrans is. It would be wrong to fear-monger," Hodgson told the club`s official website. "I thought his ankle looked okay before I went away, the swelling had gone down, but obviously that was me being too optimistic because he is still having problems. "We are concerned as he still hasn't been able to put any weight on it. We were thinking Liverpool at the earliest and we are still thinking that. "Our medical people will keep an eye on him and if there is no improvement later this week we will scan it again."
