West Brom skipper Jonathan Greening has given his backing to manager Tony Mowbray and has faith in his footballing philosophies.Albion are seven points adrift of safety in the Premier League after going eight games without a win.But Greening has nothing but admiration for Mowbray's beliefs and insists the other players remain fully behind the former Hibs boss. The former Middlesbrough midfielder said: "All the players and the staff love the gaffer. He is a top guy and a top coach - and we all believe in the way he likes to play."I think it is definitely the right way to play in the Premier League and we get a lot of plaudits for the way we play."If we could stay up for the gaffer, it would be a great achievement because people have been saying all season we will get relegated playing this way. He got us us into the Premier League in his first full season at the club and, since he has been here, the club has come on leaps and bounds."[LNB]
