Former midfield in talks with Baggies Fans’ favourite Zoltan Gera looks set for a second spell at The Hawthorns after entering discussions with the Baggies. The former Fulham winger is available on a free transfer and initial discussions are believed to have taken place between the club’s hierarchy and Gera’s advisors. Roy Hodgson is an admirer of the Hungarian international and hopes to make ‘Zolly’ his third summer signing. Gera, who initially joined the Baggies for £1.5 million in 2004, made 155 appearances for the Throstles before joining the Cottagers in 2008. Albion have already secured the services of Gareth McAuley and Billy Jones on free transfers. Would you welcome back a return for Zoltan? Have your say at Baggies Banter here.
