Midfielder making good progress from ankle injury Scottish star Graham Dorrans is making good progress from his twisted ankle, boss Roy Hodgson has revealed. Dorrans injured his ankle on the eve of Albion’s trip to Birmingham last month, but has now started running and twisting in training. Roy Hodgson has said that the club’s doctor is pleased with Dorrans’ progress, but has ruled the former Livingston man out of Saturday’s game against Chelsea (KO 3pm). “Graham’s making a lot of progress but we are deliberately taking it step by step,” said Albion’s head coach. “We don’t want to see any regression. “The doctors are very pleased with him and he is out running now. “He’s progressing from the straight running to the turning. “Every time the doctor speaks to me about him, he speaks very positively. “We were never seriously targeting a return for the Chelsea game.” Do you think that Dorrans should replace Simon Cox when fully fit?
