Boss insists Albion still haven't achieved anything A delighted Roberto Di Matteo urged his players to keep their feet on the floor following the Baggies’ comprehensive 4-1 away win at Everton. Goals from Paul Scharner, Chris Brunt, Somen Tchyoi and Youssouf Mulumbu moved Albion up to 11th place in the Premier League after a five-game winless streak. The victory was Albion’s first in three decades on Everton soil but Roberto Di Matteo insists the Baggies are yet to achieve anything this season. "At the start of the season everyone said us and Blackpool would go down," he said. "We're just trying to prove people wrong. "Whether we win at home or away - I just want to win games. "But we've done nothing. "We only have 19 points at the moment. "We've been missing a few players and not been as good as we can but on Saturday we had a few back and did well. "I thought our performance was very good, as they have been recently. "We've not always been rewarded with the points. "If at the beginning of the season someone had said we'd have 19 points after 15 games then we'd think we're doing our job. "Our ambition is to get rid of this yo-yo reputation, retain our Premier League status and be able to build a foundation to build a sustainable club in this League. "That's our target. And it'll be bloody hard!"
