Di Matteo plays down expectations

West Brom manager Roberto Di Matteo has urged the club's supporters not to get too carried away after a better-than-expected start to the Barclays Premier League season. Albion are sixth after six games, with their most recent result a stunning 3-2 win away to Arsenal last weekend. They take on Bolton on Saturday and Di Matteo insists it will be just as tough a game as last week's trip to the Emirates Stadium was. He told the club's official website: "I hope the fans don't get carried away by the Arsenal result. "I hope they understand our position and see that Bolton is a difficult game. It's one of the teams that is a competitor, even though they've been in the Premier League for many years. "If we want to have a good season we need to be competitive against teams like them."
