Clean sheet pleases Di Matteo

Roberto Di Matteo concedes there is still work to be done for his West Brom side this week after they drew 0-0 with Chievo. The Baggies kick off against Newcastle next Saturday, but Di Matteo was at least pleased with his side keeping their third clean sheet of pre-season. He told the club`s official website: "I was happy about the clean sheet. "The intensity and tempo of the game wasn`t as high as it will be next Saturday against Newcastle and we still have a lot of hard work ahead of us. "We are working very hard on certain topics and hopefully sooner rather than later the team will benefit from it. "But it will take time to adjust - it certainly won`t happen overnight."
