Roy tells players to believe another Arsenal win is possible Baggies boss Roy Hodgson has told his side they must believe they can beat Arsenal again. Albion caused one of the biggest shocks of the season back in late September when they beat the Gunners 3-2 at The Emirates Stadium. Hodgson knows his side are again massive underdogs against Arsene Wenger’s men, but has urged his players to believe they can again earn all three points. “The players that played in that game will know they are capable, if they play well, of beating Arsenal,” said the 63-year-old. “But we start from scratch. The club did well at the Emirates and now we have to start again and do it all again at The Hawthorns. “I don’t pay a great deal of heed to that but I can’t say either it doesn’t help people’s confidence. “It’s nice, whenever you go into a game – like a tennis player beating a seed – if you have beaten them once and you have to play them again you will feel a bit more comfortable than if your previous games against them had turned out to be defeats.” Can the Baggies beat Arsenal again?
