Hodgson reassess opinion of hat-trick hero Baggies boss Roy Hodgson admits he may need to reassess his opinion of Somen Tchoyi after the winger’s hat-trick capped a remarkable comeback at Newcastle United. Albion had gone three goals behind after just 47 minutes following strikes from Steven Taylor, Peter Lovenkrands and an own goal from Jonas Olsson. But the tricky Tchoyi fired his first treble in English football after finding the net in the 62nd, 71st and 90th minute to earn a 3-3 final-day-of-the-season draw.  After the final whistle, Roy Hodgson admitted his opinion of the former Red Bull Salzberg winger after his impressive performance. "I might have got that one wrong, I think,” said the former Fulham and Liverpool chief. "When I came, he had hardly played. He had had a couple of games - he started the season late because he had problems getting his work permit, so really I inherited a person who didn't have many games behind him. "But today was an opportunity for me to give him another opportunity and as you saw, he took it absolutely brilliantly. "No doubt he will go on holiday thinking I couldn't spot a footballer if he bit me on the nose." Can Somen bring Tchoyi to the Baggies next season? Have your say at Baggies Banter here.
