Di Matteo to asses squad after Coventry game Roberto Di Matteo has revealed he’s yet to make a final decision on whether to bring any more players in on loan.  The Italian has delayed his decision until after tonight’s game against Coventry City (KO 19.45) before the loan window closes at 5pm tommorow afternoon. The Baggies boss insists he’s happy with his current squad after bringing in Gabriel Tamas, Ben Watson and Steven Reid in on loan since the turn of the year.  However he realises any fresh injuries could pose future problems. "I think I'm going to wait until after this game and then assess the squad," said Di Matteo. "I'll see what happens tonight and speak to the medical staff. "We know more or less when the injured players should be back and then we'll make a decision. "If everyone is fit or close to fitness then I think I'm happy with what I have. "It's difficult to bring someone in at this stage of the season. "I don't think we'll find what we want anyway. "There is always a concern when you bring a loan player in because they have usually not been playing at their club. "That's why they come here to play and get game minutes. "Also, you haven't been able to work with them over a long time, so there is always a bit of a concern there. "But I think we've been quite lucky and quite good in picking the players for us. "I think Ben Watson and Steven Reid have settled quite nicely into the team. "But also the support from the players that are already here has helped a lot to settle them in. "I think they have contributed the way we expected them to contribute."
