West Brom boss Tony Mowbray has warned fans that players must leave before fresh faces can be brought in.[LNB] The Baggies occupy 20th place in the Premier League and are currently odds-on favourites to be relegated. [LNB]But Mowbray says there will not be wholesale changes if they do go down to the Championship - with the club already stating they have no desire to sell their top stars.[LNB]Mowbray is now looking to offload some of the players on the fringe of his first-team squad to free up funds in the summer.[LNB]"What we need to do is concentrate on trying to add quality to the squad," the ex-Hibernian manager told the Birmingham Mail.[LNB]"It's important, with the way we ask the team to play, that we continue to bring quality footballers in."[LNB]Marek Cech, Kim Do-Heon and Luke Moore have all missed the cut for recent squads, whilst Leon Barnett has not covered himself in glory this season when he has had the opportunity.[LNB]Carl Hoefkens and Pele are another two who could be offloaded this summer after failing to make an impact at ehe Hawthorns, whilst Filipe Teixeira has not made as many starting appearances as he would like.[LNB]"People move on when their contracts come to an end, when a bid comes in that is too good to turn down or when you actively want somebody out and they can't see a future at the club," continued Mowbray.[LNB]"I might have players in my mind and want to change these three for those two but it might never happen."[LNB]
