Baggies go down to Rovers
Dean Shiels netted the only goal as Doncaster registered a pre-season friendly victory over Premier League newcomers West Brom at the Keepmoat Stadium.
Shiels produced a lovely finish past Baggies goalkeeper Dean Kiely to break the deadlock on the hour.
The Baggies, who had won their previous three friendlies, should have taken the lead moments earlier but Chris Brunt - on the day he signed a new deal - headed a great chance wide.
