Baggies bag City tie
West Brom have been drawn at home to big-spending Manchester City in the third round of the Carling Cup.
The last time the Baggies hosted City at The Hawthorns they ran out 2-1 winners in a Barclays Premier League clash on December 21, 2008.
The tie will be played in the week commencing September 20.
