Nicolas Anelka looks set to become Albion's first signing of the summer on a free transfer.
The former Arsenal, Real Madrid, PSG and Juventus frontman is today at The Hawthorns to complete his move to the Baggies.
The 34 year old arrived at training ground this morning to discuss personal terms and undergo a medical.
Anelka was also pictured holding up an Albion shirt by Youssouf Mulumbu.
It's believed he will become the highest paid player in Albion's history.
The pacy forward is the 12th in the Premier League goalscoring records and bring much needed competition to Albion's frontline following the departure of Romelu Lukaku.
Anelka is set to wear the No.39 jersey.
