Albion complete pre-season fixtures

Baggies arrange six friendlies before Premier League kick-off Albion have finalised their pre-season fixtures ahead of their return to the top flight.  Roberto Di Matteo’s men will play six warm-up games against a variety of opposition from both home and abroad.  The Baggies will start their preparations for the 2010/11 season against Blue Square Premier neighbours Kidderminster on Saturday 10th July (KO 12.30pm).  After the game against The Harriers, the Baggies will travel to Holland for a training camp where they will face VVV Venlo on Saturday 17th July (KO 4pm BST). On their return to England Albion will travel to the West Country to tackle Bristol Rovers at the Memorial Ground on 24th July (KO 3pm).  Three days later the Baggies will travel to Championship former rivals Doncaster Rovers (KO 7.45pm).  Roberto Di Matteo will then take his men the short journey down the M6 to Coventry on July 31st (KO 3pm).  Albion’s only home game of pre-season will be their last against Osasuna on Saturday 7th August (KO 3pm).  A select Albion XI will also travel to Halesown Town on July 13th (KO 7.45pm); Crewe Alexandra on July 20th (KO 7.45pm); and Rushden & Diamonds on August 3rd (KO 7.30pm).
