Agent: Diego signs for Juve

Werder Bremen's Diego has signed for Juventus, according to a claim from his agent.

The 24-year-old Brazil playmaker has been linked with the Turin club for the past 12 months and has often spoken of his admiration for Italian football.

However, agent Giacomo Petralito claims his client has now officially signed for the Serie A side for next season after the two clubs agreed a fee in the region of £20million.

"Diego has signed for Juventus," he told Kicker. "Everything happened last Wednesday."

Diego has scored 33 goals in 87 matches for this season's UEFA Cup finalists.
