Full steam ahead for Hornets

Watford boss Gianfranco Zola boasts no new injury or suspension concerns for the club's final-day promotion decider at home to Leeds.

Midfielder John Eustace and defender Fitz Hall have both been back in training after respective back and hamstring injuries but it remains to be seen whether they are deemed fit enough for a place on the bench.

The Hornets go into the weekend just one point adrift of second-placed Hull, who occupy the final automatic promotion spot, but boasting a far superior goal difference.

Victory or even a draw against Leeds at Vicarage Road could be enough to seal Barclays Premier League football next season should Hull fail to win at home to champions Cardiff, but a Tigers victory would put Watford into the end-of-season play-offs.

Long-term absentees Nyron Nosworthy (Achilles), Neuton (dislocated shoulder) and Tommie Hoban (ankle) remain sidelined.

Leeds are missing a trio of first-team players as they attempt to spoil Watford's hopes.

Boss Brian McDermott is without suspended duo Rodolph Austin and El Hadji Diouf, while defender Sam Byram has been ruled out through injury.

Jamaican midfielder Austin received a three-match ban after being sent-off against Brighton at the weekend, while striker Diouf was hit with a two-game suspension following his dismissal in the same fixture.

They join full-back Byram on the sidelines after the 19-year-old failed to recover from the hip problem that kept him out of the Brighton defeat.

United, who are aiming for their first away league win since the start of December, could finish as high as 10th but as low as 20th in the npower Championship table.
