Cassetti back for Hornets

Marco Cassetti will return from injury for Watford when they host Burnley but fellow defender Lloyd Doyley looks set to miss out.

Cassetti has recovered from the foot injury which saw him miss last weekend's 4-1 victory over Sheffield Wednesday but Doyley twisted his ankle in that game and will watch from the sidelines on Saturday.

Fernando Forestier, Chu Young Park (both toe) and Fitz Hall (Achilles) remain sidelined.

The win at Hillsborough appears to have come too late for a return to the play-offs for the Hornets, with eights points separating them from the top six.

Burnley will be without four senior players as they bid to get back to winning ways.

The second-placed Clarets received some bad news this week when 21-goal striker Sam Vokes was ruled out for the season after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament in the loss to Leicester.

Midfielder Dean Marney serves the second match of a two-game ban he got for receiving 10 yellow cards and neither top scorer Danny Ings (ankle) or right-back Kieran Trippier (hamstring) are ready to return just yet.

With Ashley Barnes the only other recognised striker in Sean Dyche's squad, the manager may have to utilise a five-man midfield against the club he managed before arriving at Turf Moor.
