U21 International Call-Ups ....

Watford have had two youngsters called up for International duty, midfielder Stephen McGinn has been called into Scotland's U21 squad and Rob Kiernan has been named in Ireland's Under-21 squad.   International Call-Ups .... Watford have had two youngsters called up for International duty, midfielder Stephen McGinn has been called into Scotland's U21 squad and Rob Kiernan has been named in Ireland's Under-21 squad. Watford midfielder Stephen McGinn had been in previous squads but wasn't picked for the squad that drew with Sweden a fortnight ago. The Scottish youngsters are going to play Belarus and Austria, Scotland are 2nd to Austria in their group but have a game in hand and the final game is against Austria. McGinn has started in all four of Watford's competitive games and had a good pre-season where he scored three times.  Watford's other youngster called up defender Rob Kiernan who has been named in the Ireland's Under-21 squad for their last two g ames against Switzerland and Turkey. The Irish youngsters haven't had a good championships and lie bottom of the group below Armenia and Georgia. Kiernan is currently on loan at Yeovil Town, since joining Yeovil Kiernan has started one game and made two substitute appearances.
