The former Hornets boss has joined the club's board on an advisory basis and is adamant he will not have any say in the running of Brendan Rodgers' side.[LNB]He said: "I've come back as a non-executive director. I've been asked to come back in that role and the reason I've done that is that I'm crackers and I've got a love for the club.[LNB]"I was general manager before which I have to say I didn't enjoy. Poor old Kenny Jackett was the manager where a lot of people in the stand thought Graham Taylor was the manager and I don't want that to repeat itself - I want people to understand that is not what I'm back for.[LNB]"The only way that they will understand it is when, after two or three years, it hasn't happened."[LNB][LNB]
