Rodgers refuses to blame weather

Rodgers has seen training and planning for the weekend clash with Southampton severely hampered by heavy snow but claims his players will be ready.[LNB]He said: "You've just got deal with the chaos the weather brings. It hasn't been ideal, however, it's something we have to accept and try and find the best solutions we can. The staff and the players have all coped well with it this week, it's been disruptive for sure, but it's part and parcel of the season and you have to deal with it and be ready.[LNB]"It is an important game, it's very, very important for us to take advantage of our good home record and post another good performance and another win.[LNB]"The performance level in our last three games has been excellent; two of which we have won and in the other one we deserved something at Molineux. Our last two home performances were terrific, so hopefully we can continue with that.[LNB]"We're very focussed on the game and the three points."[LNB][LNB]
