Rasiak fee wrangle for Hornets
Rasiak spent the season on loan at Vicarage Road and was a success, but after Saints were relegated to League One, Watford hoped to sign him for a nominal fee.
But despite the club's parent company being in administration the Saints are holding out for a hefty fee.
Manager Mark Wotte said: "If the players can't find a club that are willing to pay the right amount of money for them then they should report back on June 15 with everybody else.
"Grzegorz has spoken with Watford and they have made an offer to him to extend his loan, but there are some financial issues with that."
