O'Toole, who played 19 games under Boothroyd during his loan spell, has signed a two-and-a-half year deal at the club for an undisclosed fee.[LNB]This latest boost follows the news that Kayode Odejayi also turned his loan into a permanent move on a similar deal.[LNB]"If we can be successful and keep winning, then we'll keep players," Boothroyd told Colchester's official website. "It's all about timing - I haven't come here to be an Arthur Daley type, selling players all the time.[LNB]"I've come here to win. With the players we've got, I think we've got a good chance of sustaining success and we have our targets to help strengthen the squad.[LNB]"I don't want to sell players that have done well and I want to keep everyone together to push on."[LNB][LNB]
