On-loan Kabba suffers injury blow
The 28-year-old withdrew from the Latics' 2-1 defeat at Leyton Orient in League One on Saturday after landing awkwardly during a training session the previous day. A scan has since confirmed damage to the hamstring tendon, meaning Kabba faces a frustrating spell on the sidelines. Oldham boss Joe Royle told the club's official website: "Steve tweaked his hamstring in training and he didn't think there was any problem as he completed the session. "But it stiffened up on the morning of the game and it became clear he could not play."
