McGinn looks set for Hornets move

McGinn, a product of the Buddies' youth squad had established himself as a regular starter in the last couple of seasons, but Watford's bid proved too good to turn down.[LNB]MacPherson told BBC Scotland: "We have lost one of our talented young players, but everybody realises the gulf between the Championship and our top flight.[LNB]"It is the fifth richest league in Europe and the directors have decided it is the best thing for the club.[LNB]"It is a good move for him and we wish him well. These are difficult times. People think people are immune to that because of our new stadium, but that is not the case.[LNB]"But it is a good move for him and we wish him well."[LNB]A statement on St Mirren's official website read: "We have agreed terms with Watford on an undisclosed fee for Stephen McGinn.[LNB]"He will travel down to Watford in the next 48 hours with a view to agreeing personal terms and satisfying a medical."[LNB][LNB]
