The Hornets, who have failed to win any of their last six games in all competitions, will be looking to put things right when they travel to Blackpool on Saturday.[LNB]Mackay told the club's official website: "I spoke to the team about the fact it's now the second half of the season, and we have to go in with renewed energy and be consistent as they were at times in the first half.[LNB]"They've got to learn, for some of them those first 20 games have been their first in Championship football, they've learnt from them and now they have to kick on from it."[LNB]Mackay could hand a debut to new signing Stephen McGinn this weekend and the Hornets chief added: "Stephen will come with us to Blackpool, he needs to get a feel of the place, he's just got here and he's only 21 so he's a youngster.[LNB]"He'll come up with us and be part of the group. We see him as part of the future of the club."[LNB][LNB]
