Mackay urges fans to make some noise

The Hornets broke their home win duck against Barnsley last Saturday and followed that up with a 1-0 victory at Plymouth on Tuesday night. And Mackay wants to make it a hat-trick of successes for his young side and get Vicarage Road rocking. "We've got another big game coming up with Leicester coming down, so we want fans to be there, be noisy and back their team again," he said. "I was delighted we managed to get the win for the home fans last Saturday, because at our place when we do play well and score goals the noise is smashing. "To get three points in front of our home crowd early on in the season was really important to us and the boys. You see that is the way they celebrated the goals and celebrated at the end, they want to feel comfortable at home and they want it to be difficult for the opposition to come here. It's a young group here at the moment and they need the fans' help and support."
