Mackay satisfied with Hornets new boys

Winger Buckley's debut since joining from Rochdale in January was delayed by a thigh strain until he came on as a substitute during Sunday's defeat at Cardiff.[LNB]"I was delighted with the fact he wanted to come on and make a difference," said Mackay. "He came on and had 15 to 20 minutes where he really looked lively."[LNB]Midfielder McGinn has now made five substitute appearances since he arrived from St Mirren and is pushing for a full debut.[LNB]Mackay added: "They are players who have been signed for the future and youngsters that we have to make sure we blood and get them on to the pitch and get them game time, because there will be a period where we will have to rely on them.[LNB]"It was great they got on and both have shown they want to be part of the football club and want to go on and make a difference."[LNB][LNB]
