The 26-year-old penned a new one-year deal at Vicarage Road last week and is now hoping to push Scott Loach for the number one jersey. He told the club's official website: "In the past when I've had a point to prove, I've always had a really good season so hopefully it will be my year next season. "I always set my goals high and want to push Scott, he's number one and he's great but my aim is to get in the team again. "But if I don't then I'll continue to work hard and push Scott too. But if I do get my chance I fully intend to take it."
