Fulham striker Collins John has been urged to accept a move to Watford by Cottagers manager Chris Coleman.
The 21-year-old Holland international has so far resisted the attentions of the Hornets, despite the two clubs having agreed a £3.25million fee for his services.
However, a steadfast Coleman stated: "We don't want anyone who doesn't want to be here, so it is time for Collins to go.
"He wants to play first-team football and Watford is the opportunity for him to do that.
"It is frustrating, because he does not want to be here and we do not want him to be here to upset the apple cart. We wish him luck, but we will move on."
John joined the Cottagers in January 2004 from Twente and has gone on to score 23 goals in 98 appearances for the club.
