Hornets snub Young bid

Watford boss Adrian Boothroyd has revealed that the Premiership's basement side have rejected a £7million offer for in-demand England Under-21 winger Ashley Young.
Young is thought to be interesting at least six other top-flight clubs, but Boothroyd is in no rush to part with one of his star players.
He told the club's official website: "We turned down a £7million bid for Ashley yesterday.
"We can afford to turn down £7million because we believe that that is nowhere near enough money for a player who is capable of doing what Ashley does every week.
"He can score goals, make goals, play with his left foot, his right foot, he can play in four different positions. He's athletic, he's quick, he's brave and he's a dead ball specialist.
"I'm sure that the club who have offered us £7million will come back with another offer because they are very keen to get him."
