Watford have completed the signing of midfielder Albert Jarrett on a free transfer from Brighton & Hove Albion.
The 21-year-old has signed a one-year contract with the Hornets after impressing while on trial at Vicarage Road.
Jarrett made just 25 appearances in two seasons with the Seagulls and had been loaned out to Stevenage Borough and Swindon Town.
He told his new club's official website: "It's a great opportunity, not just for me, but also all of the boys who won promotion to the Premier League.
"I can't wait to take my chance here and am really looking forward to the start of the season.
"I'm an out and out winger, preferably on the left, but I'd be happy to play anywhere to get into the team."
