Stoke City captain John Eustace has become Watford manager Adrian Boothroyd's fourth signing of the month.
The 28-year-old midfielder moves to Vicarage Road in a £250,000 deal after agreeing a two-and-a-half year contract with the Hornets.
Boothroyd had already signed Leigh Bromby, Collins John and Mathew Sadler in the January transfer window.
Eustace made 84 appearances for the Potters after previously starring for Coventry City and also enjoying brief loan spells with Middlesbrough and Hereford United.
