Watford have confirmed the appointment of Jimmy Russo as the club's new chairman.
Russo has replaced Andy Wilson in the hot-seat, following the interim chairman's recent decision to step down.
Wilson took the job on a temporary basis last November after the shock resignation of Graham Simpson.
"I am delighted to take on the chairmanship of such a great club," said Russo, whose brother, Vince, will become executive vice-chairman at Vicarage Road.
"It's truly an honour and I look forward to working with my fellow directors.
"I will always do my utmost for the club and serve it in a way the fans should be proud of.
"However I want people to be under no illusions as to the task ahead."
