Don Cowie is confident he will be able to adapt to life in England after moving from Inverness Caledonian Thistle to Watford on transfer deadline day.
The 25-year-old, who would have been out of contract with the SPL side in the summer, has penned a two-and-a-half year deal at Vicarage Road.
"I knew my contract was running out and I had six months left," Cowie told the Hornets' official website.
"I had quite a few offers in Scotland but then I was made aware that Watford were interested in me. As soon as I knew that there was one answer and that was to come south.
"I'm a big football fan and I watch English football all the time and I'm delighted to get the opportunity."
