The 21-year-old has been in superb form for the Championship side over the last 12 months and has been linked with a move to Tottenham in the coming weeks.[LNB]Loach can expect a busy 90 minutes at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon as his side look to cause a major FA Cup upset against Chelsea but Mackay has revealed recent developments off the field mean he is no longer under any pressure to cash in on his prime asset.[LNB]The club were close to going into administration last month when chairman Jimmy Russo resigned and demanded a £4.5million loan to be repaid in full but board member Lord Ashcroft stepped in to save the Hornets from disaster.[LNB]Mackay said: "Lord Ashcroft has paid the outstanding loan to the former chairman and is putting in some money in the next six weeks which will see us through to the summer.[LNB]"Things will change in the summer, with players naturally coming to the end of their contracts and we will build a squad to a plan then.[LNB]"But right now it is back in my hands as to whether I want to let people leave this club, which is a relief.[LNB]"I don't need to sell players and I won't do unless something ridiculous comes in.[LNB]"We lost five first-team players in August and we have managed to get a young team together since then to compete and we don't need any more disruption.[LNB]"Scott will be here unless we get a silly bid and I think the best thing for his career is to stay here at this moment in time.[LNB]"There has been a real progression in his career over the last few years and he is now the number one for England Under-21s but this is his first full season in the Championship.[LNB]"In order for him to continue to develop he needs football and he is getting that here."[LNB]The Hornets were beaten by Chelsea in last year's fifth round but led until the final 15 minutes, when a Nicolas Anelka hat-trick saw the Premier League giants through.[LNB]Anelka is set to start again tomorrow but Carlo Ancelotti will be without African quartet Didier Drogba, Michael Essien, Salomon Kalou and John Obi Mikel.[LNB]However, Mackay rejected claims his side were playing Chelsea at the right time.[LNB]He said: "Chelsea are missing a few but I think they'll just about scrape 11 players together and maybe just manage to name a full bench.[LNB]"They are a quality club with quality players and we are under no illusions about the size of the task we face.[LNB]"It's a good day for the club in terms of finances and we are taking over 6,000 fans so everyone is looking forward to it.[LNB]"A lot of my players have never played against Premier League players before and this is a chance for them to have a look and see what it is all about.[LNB]"For me personally, to test myself against someone like Carlo Ancelotti is a massive challenge and an honour. He has slipped effortlessly into English football and his track record speaks for itself.[LNB]"He is also an Elton John fan I believe so he is all right by me."[LNB][LNB]
