Hornets to ponder DeMerit options
The American centre-half has an infected right eye after cutting it while removing a contact lens and the Hornets are continuing to monitor his condition.
"We will not make the decision on what is going to happen to him at least for the next 10 days or so," said manager Malky Mackay.
"He has specialists to see over the next 10 days and no decision will be made yet."
