Hornets pair pen new contracts
Lee, 26, will stay at the club until next summer at least despite not making a senior appearance since November and hopes to impress boss Brendan Rodgers next year.
He told the club's official website: "I'm obviously delighted; people know my past here and having another year guaranteed and to show what I can do is great."
Mariappa, an impressive performer throughout this season, penned a two-year deal and the 22-year-old is thrilled to be staying at Vicarage Road.
He added: "To carry on and have a career and future at the club I started with and love is a great feeling."
