Taylor has agreed to stay at the helm at Vicarage Road until the end of June, having replaced Jimmy Russo following his resignation at last month's stormy AGM.[LNB]Despite having to sell a number of key players, Mackay has moulded his young side into dark horses for the play-offs and Taylor, a legendary former Hornets manager himself, has been impressed.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "I happen to believe we have a management team that is very capable of running the club, we have people who know what they are doing, so why should I become an interfering chairman?[LNB]"That isn't my role and I don't want to do that. Malky and his staff don't need me on the doorstep all the time - but Malky knows I'm on the end of the phone should he need anything."[LNB][LNB]
