The 23-year-old made over 100 appearances for former club Carlisle before making the move south and has already hit five goals for the Hornets during pre-season. Watford and Carlisle are set to go before a Football League tribunal on Thursday to determine how much the Hornets will pay for the striker. And he told the club's official website: "All throughout our pre-season preparations we've looked really sharp and everyone's played really well. "There's a lot of positive results and we haven't been beaten in any of our games so far, which is great. "If we have a strong week next week, train hard, study our reports on Doncaster and see how they like to play, then we can use that to our advantage and have a good start to our season on Saturday."
