Crocked Cowie out for the season
The 26-year-old was signed from Inverness in January and proved an instant hit at Vicarage Road, scoring three goals in 10 starts before picking up a thigh injury earlier this month.[LNB]Rodgers said: "Don Cowie will be out for the rest of the season.[LNB]"The problem with his thigh was always going to mean he'd be out for three to four weeks and there's no point rushing him back and making it worse.[LNB]"It's a shame as he's come in and been terrific.[LNB]"He's shown great intelligence and I'm really looking forward to working with him next season.
