Blades close in on triple signing

Sheffield United have begun talks with Watford's Tommy Smith and John-Joe O'Toole plus Bristol City's Michael McIndoe after having bids accepted.The Championship club have offered £1.8m for Smith while their bid for McIndoe was accepted on Wednesday. Blades boss Kevin Blackwell told BBC Radio Sheffield: "We are in discussions with all three and I am sure fans will agree they are all quality players.
