Wright returns to Tykes

Walsall boss Richard Money has opted to allow Tommy Wright to end his loan spell with the Saddlers and the striker has returned to Barnsley. The 22-year-old moved to the Bescot Stadium in November and scored two goals in six appearances for the runaway League Two leaders. However, he was sent off in his last game for the club and Money told the Saddlers' official website: "As Tommy can't play on Monday and will only have one game left after that, we took the decision to allow him to return to Barnsley early. "He scored a couple of important goals for us, but we have enough options up front at the moment."
