Unbeaten Millers extend run

Unbeaten Rotherham extended their run to eight games with a deserved 1-1 draw against a Walsall side who have now failed to win their last three home matches at the Banks's Stadium.

Craig Westcarr had a great chance to win it for the Saddlers in stoppage time, but saw his first shot blocked and he then put the rebound over the bar.

Rotherham took the lead in the 21st minute when a cross to the far post from Kieran Agard was headed back into the goalmouth by Alex Revell and Daniel Nardiello coolly nodded his fifth goal of the season past Richard O'Donnell.

But Walsall levelled in the 31st minute when Andy Taylor's corner was only partially cleared and Sam Mantom hammered a low volley which took a deflection on its way to the net for his first of the season.

In the second half Rotherham were denied a penalty in the 60th minute when Nardiello appeared to be tripped by Andy Butler, but referee Stuart Attwell took no action.
