Taundry willing to be versatile
The versatile 20-year-old lined up on the right of midfield in the first half of Tuesday's 1-0 defeat to Wolves and put in a solid performance, which he hopes will help set him up for a good campaign.
He told the club's official website: "All in all I was pleased with my performance. I felt fit and raring to go and thoroughly enjoyed it out there on the right.
"To be honest, I'm not exactly sure where my best position is; I'm just happy to be playing and feel comfortable wherever I am asked to play.
"The manager still wants to bring some new faces in but that is fine by me as I thrive on a challenge.
"It's going to be a tough start to the season but we're looking forward to it."
