Fit-again Walsall midfielder Richard Taundry is targeting an extended run of games having made his first start since October against Charlton on Tuesday night. Taundry, born in Walsall, has endured a frustrating time of late due to a recurring hamstring problem but he was delighted to finally put all that behind him in midweek. And he is now looking for the more of the same as the Saddlers seek to breathe new life into their play-off bid. "It was great to be back in the starting line-up," the 20-year-old told the club`s official website. "I enjoyed it. "I just love playing football and hopefully I will keep my place as we have plenty of games coming up. I know that I have to keep working hard as the likes of Mark Bradley will be desperate to get back in." Walsall welcome Bristol Rovers to the Banks`s Stadium on Saturday having drawn against the Addicks and narrowly lost out to fellow automatic promotion hopefuls Norwich in their last two home games. Taundry added: "We know that we will have to earn the right to play against Bristol Rovers. They have had a couple of bad results recently, but we are confident we can get the right result. We can take heart from our last two performances at home."
