Walsall have signed former Premiership striker Trevor Benjamin on loan from Peterborough United.
The 28-year-old played for Leicester City in the top-flight after a £1.5million move from Cambridge United in 2000.
In recent years, the burly frontman has dropped down the leagues and moved to the Posh on a free transfer from Coventry in 2005.
Benjamin recently returned to London Road from a loan spell in League Two with Boston United where he made three appearances.
"Trevor is a big, strong guy who will bring us something that we haven't got in the squad," Saddlers boss Richard Money told the club's official website.
"He's got a real physical presence that will be a real benefit to us in the run-in.
"He's a player with great experience, who has played for some big clubs.
"He started the season on fire at Peterborough and let's hope he finishes it on fire here."
