Saddlers launch Pead appeal

Walsall have launched an appeal against Craig Pead's red card in the closing stages of Monday's FA Cup first round clash at Macclesfield Town.
Pead was sent off in the 80th minute of the Moss Rose stalemate for a shin high tackle on Silkmen midfielder Martin Bullock.
Saddlers boss Richard Money insisted after the game that he didn't think the incident even warranted the award of a free-kick.
The FA's Disciplinary Commission will hear the claim on Friday.
