The Saddlers took the lead before giving away an own goal. A poor clearance by goalkeeper Clayton Ince led directly to Pools' second, but substitute Sam Williams ensured Walsall gained a point with eight minutes remaining.[LNB]"We did it the hard way," said Hutchings.
