Saddlers display pleases Hutchings

The Saddlers took the points when Andrew Whing, under pressure from Troy Deeney, headed the ball into his own net following a deep cross by Rhys Weston. Hutchings said: "Brighton had a bit of a go at us after the break, and we had to defend numerous corners, but we withstood the pressure and were disciplined. "It's not all about pretty football, its about getting the three points although we will do our best to get the ball and pass it if we can." Hutchings reckoned his new signings fitted in well considering it was their first game together, and felt Whing's own goal on the half hour had much to do with Weston's excellent delivery into the box. He added: "Weston put in a great little ball and to go in front was a big lift to us after the good start we made to the game."
